Burna povijesna kretanja koja datiraju od Mlečana, Napoleonovih vojnika i Austro-Ugara ostavila su nam domaću kuhinju bogatu međunarodnim utjecajima koja je s vremenom postala naša.
U svojoj suštini, istarska kuhinja je „cucina povera” – jednostavna, iskrena, bazirana na sezonskim proizvodima malih proizvođača.
Svježe sezonske proizvode nabavljamo od lokalnih farmera, uzgajivača i proizvođača, održavajući naš lanac vrijednosti hrane što kraćim.
Željeli bismo Vam ostaviti što više slobode u stvaranju Vašeg savršenog istarskog gastronomskog iskustva pa je na Vama da odaberete svoje omiljene kombinacije tjestenine i umaka, kao i glavnog jela i priloga.
Naša tjestenina je „fatta in casa e a mano” - ručno rađena u kući, tradicionalnih i internacionalnih oblika, meso je hrvatskog podrijetla, a riba jadranska. Svoju hranu shvaćamo vrlo ozbiljno i u tom pogledu nikad ne radimo kompromise.
Naš jelovnik je pomno pripremljen, fokusirajući se na našu domaću kuhinju i tradicionalne istarske specijalitete gdje možete birati između različitih jelovnika od vegetarijanskih, veganskih, bezglutenskih ili ako imate druge preferencije, naš će vam kuhar rado preporučiti posebnu kombinaciju sa sastojcima vašeg izbor.
Predlažemo da odaberete 3 do 4 slijeda kako biste što bolje razumjeli našu kulinarsku filozofiju. Uparivanje vina se toplo preporuča.
